Team Screen

A guide to the Team screen, including team-member rows, business-specific role changes, invitations, and pending-invitation visibility.

Open Settings > Team when you need to see who currently has access to your selected businesses, invite someone new, adjust a role, or clear old invitations. The screen is deliberately business-aware: the same person can appear more than once if they belong to more than one selected business.

What You See On The Page

  • Invite User: opens the invite popup for a new teammate.
  • Team Members card: shows each member, their email address, the business shown on that row, and their role in that business.
  • Pending Invitations card: only appears when there are invitations still waiting to be accepted.

How Member Rows Work

  • Business badge: the swatch and business name tell you exactly which business that row belongs to.
  • Role dropdown: appears on other users when you have permission to update roles. Changing it only updates the business on that row, not every business the person belongs to.
  • Current user row: your own row shows the role as text instead of an editable dropdown, so you do not accidentally change your own access here.
  • Remove button: removes that person from the business shown on the row when you confirm the action.

Pending Invitation Rows

  • Email and role: shows who was invited and the primary role attached to the invitation.
  • Invited and expires dates: help you see whether an invitation is still fresh or about to lapse.
  • Other business badges: if one invitation covers more than one business, the row tells you that and lists the extra business-role combinations underneath.

The Team screen is the overview. Most action-specific questions are easier to answer from the focused guides below, especially when you are inviting across several businesses or deciding how a role change affects only one business row.
