Can I import my data from Cleaner Planner or Squeegee?
Yes. Export from either platform and upload the file, and Work Planner brings across your customers, recurring jobs, rounds, services, payment methods, quotes, invoices, ledger balances, notes and visit history in about two minutes.
Is Work Planner only for window cleaners?
It is built window-cleaning-first, but at its core it is job scheduling software for any service-based business — joiners, plumbers, electricians, gardeners and anyone who books work by appointment. Rounds are optional, and you can rename "Round" to Zone, Area, Patch or Route to match how you work.
How do my customers pay me?
You can collect payments automatically by Direct Debit and Instant Bank Payment through GoCardless, and send invoices and reminders by email or SMS. GoCardless is available on the Pro plan and above.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 20 jobs, 1 user and 1 business with no time limit. Paid plans start at £15/mo, and every paid plan begins with a 14-day free trial.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, with fast, secure passkey sign-in for your team in the field.
Can I manage a team and run more than one business?
Yes. Invite staff, set roles and permissions, assign worksheets and track each member’s work. The Team plan includes up to five users, and you can run multiple businesses on the paid plans.
