Data Deletion

How to request account deletion

If you want your Work Planner account deleted, send your request to help@work-planner.co.uk. This request process applies to web, iOS, and Android users.

What to include in your email

  • The email address used on your Work Planner account.
  • Your full name.
  • Your business or organisation name, if applicable.

What happens after your request

  1. We verify ownership of the account before any deletion action.
  2. We confirm receipt of your request by email.
  3. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Data we delete

  • Your account profile and authentication records.
  • Business data linked to your account, including customer, job, worksheet, quote, invoice, and settings data.
  • Uploaded files and documents that are only needed to operate your account.

Data we may retain

In limited cases, we may retain specific data where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

  • Records we must keep to meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
  • Limited security and fraud-prevention logs where retention is required to protect the service.
  • Data required to resolve active disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with valid legal requests.
