Pending Invitations Panel

How the Pending Invitations panel shows active invites, business assignments, inviter details, and expiry dates.

Work Planner Team12 April 2026

The Pending Invitations panel appears on the Team screen when there are invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. It is the place to check whether access has already been offered before sending another invitation.

What Each Invitation Row Tells You

  • Email address: the person the invitation was sent to.
  • Role badge: the primary role tied to that invitation.
  • Business badge: the main business the row is anchored to.
  • Invited date: when the invitation was sent.
  • Invited by: the teammate who sent it, when that information is available.
  • Expires date: when the invitation stops being usable if nobody accepts it.

Multi-Business Invitations

One invitation can cover more than one business. When that happens, the row shows a short summary such as Also invited to 1 other business and then lists the additional business-role combinations underneath. That makes it much easier to see whether the invitation already covers everything you intended.

When To Use This Panel

  • Before sending again: check here first if you are not sure whether the user has already been invited.
  • Before revoking: review the businesses on the row so you understand whether you are revoking one business assignment or the last remaining assignment on the invitation.
