Website Enquiries
How website contact submissions are shown in Work Planner and what each enquiry card tells you.
The Enquiries tab in Website Overview stores contact submissions received through the public website. Each submission is shown as its own enquiry card.
What Each Enquiry Card Shows
- Name: the person who submitted the enquiry.
- Company, email, and telephone: any extra contact details they supplied.
- Status badge: one of New, Read, or Archived.
- Created date: when the submission was received.
- Message: the body of the enquiry.
- Host and page path: the hostname and page the visitor submitted from.
Actions On The Card
- Status dropdown: updates the tracking state for that enquiry using the flow covered in Updating a Website Enquiry Status.
- Delete enquiry: permanently removes the stored submission using the rules covered in Deleting a Website Enquiry.
What This Area Is Best For
This tab is useful as a lightweight inbox for website leads. It is especially handy when you need to see which page generated the enquiry before deciding whether to create a customer in Creating a Customer or follow up another way.
