The Enquiries tab in Website Overview stores contact submissions received through the public website. Each submission is shown as its own enquiry card.

What Each Enquiry Card Shows

  • Name: the person who submitted the enquiry.
  • Company, email, and telephone: any extra contact details they supplied.
  • Status badge: one of New, Read, or Archived.
  • Created date: when the submission was received.
  • Message: the body of the enquiry.
  • Host and page path: the hostname and page the visitor submitted from.

Actions On The Card

What This Area Is Best For

This tab is useful as a lightweight inbox for website leads. It is especially handy when you need to see which page generated the enquiry before deciding whether to create a customer in Creating a Customer or follow up another way.
