The Website Enquiries card counts contact submissions that are still sitting in the new state. It is a simple live queue for website leads or contact requests that have not yet been dealt with.
What It Counts
- New enquiries only: Once an enquiry moves out of the new state, it stops contributing to this card.
- Current queue: Like the other live workload cards, this is a snapshot rather than a period report.
- Business-sensitive: The card respects the business selection on the Dashboard.
How to Use It
- Reply workload: A high number is a sign that inbound website contact is waiting on responses.
- Quick sales pulse: It is useful to read this beside Received Quotes when you want to see whether inbound interest is building before it turns into formal quote work.
