Top Missed Jobs Widget
How the Top Missed Jobs table lists the individual jobs that have been missed most often.
Top Missed Jobs is a small table that surfaces the individual jobs missed most often inside the selected Dashboard period. It is meant to expose recurring problem jobs rather than one-off misses.
How the List Is Built
- Recurring miss tracking: The same job can be missed multiple times if it is on a schedule, so the count is per missed visit, not per job record.
- Sorted by lost revenue: Jobs are ranked by the combined value of their missed visits in the period.
- Linkable: Selecting a row jumps you to the job for full context.
What the Columns Show
- Customer and address: Identifies the job in customer language.
- Miss count: How many times this job has been missed in the period.
- Lost revenue: The summed price of those missed visits.
Reading the Widget
- Repeat offenders: A job that appears here repeatedly usually needs a real conversation with the customer about access or scheduling.
- Reschedule candidates: Jobs with several misses to weather or access often need a different day of the week.
