Time Off This Week Widget
How the Dashboard shows who in your team is off this week, and when.
Time Off This Week shows who in your team is off this week, Monday to Sunday, and when. It comes from Team Availability, so it shows the same time off, and it always covers this week whatever dates the rest of the Dashboard shows.
What It Shows
- Each person off: Their name, then each time off that falls this week, such as Holiday · Thu 23 – Fri 24 Oct. A half day says morning or afternoon.
- Waiting for approval: Time off someone has asked for that nobody has answered yet is marked Waiting for approval. See Time Off Requests.
- Bank holidays: If your business keeps bank holidays, any this week are named at the top.
- Everyone else: The people with no time off this week are listed underneath.
- More than one business: With several businesses selected, a swatch beside each name says which business they work in.
Who Sees It
The widget shows for anyone whose role includes View Team Availability in a business with a team. Someone else's sick or other time off shows as just Off, unless your role can manage time off, and notes are never shown. Like any widget, you can hide it or move it with Edit Layout.
