Missed Jobs by Team Member Widget
How missed work is grouped against the team member responsible for the round on the Dashboard.
Missed Jobs by Team Member ranks the team by the revenue lost to jobs that have been marked as missed inside the selected Dashboard period. It is the easiest way to see whether missed work is concentrated on one person or spread evenly across the team.
How the Widget Groups the Data
- Assignment: A job is attributed to the team member who is assigned to its round on the day the job was missed.
- Unassigned rounds: Missed jobs from rounds without an owner are grouped under Unassigned rather than dropped.
- Sort order: The list is ordered from highest revenue lost to lowest.
What the Columns Show
- Team member: The name from the Settings / Team area.
- Missed count: Number of missed jobs attributed to them in the period.
- Lost revenue: The combined price of those missed jobs, as the work would have been charged.
Reading the Widget
- Spot bottlenecks: A single team member sitting well above the rest usually signals an operational problem worth a quick conversation.
- Pair with reason: Cross-check with Missed Jobs by Reason when one person stands out, since the reason often explains the pattern.
