Missed Jobs by Service Widget
How the Missed Jobs by Service chart shows which services are most often skipped and the revenue lost.
Missed Jobs by Service is the chart that splits missed jobs across the services you offer. The story it tells is whether a single service line is responsible for the missed-jobs total, or whether the misses are spread evenly across everything you do.
What the Widget Shows
- Per-service bars: Each bar represents a service, with the segment height showing the revenue lost to missed visits of that service.
- Per-service counts: The hover detail also reports how many missed visits made up the bar, so a high-value service does not get conflated with a high-volume one.
- Service names: Labels match the service names from Services.
Reading the Widget
- Service-level fixes: A single service dominating the chart often signals it needs a different scheduling rule, different team, or different price.
- Cross-check the headline: If the chart looks empty but the Missed Jobs Card is high, you may have missed jobs without a service set; correct the underlying jobs to fix the breakdown.
