Services List

How the Services list works, what each column means, and where to create, inspect, or delete a service.

Work Planner TeamApril 12, 2026

Open Settings > Services when you need to manage the service names your team uses across jobs, quotes, and website request forms. This list controls the base service records that other parts of Work Planner pick from later.

What You See First

  • Search services: Searches by service name.
  • Business filter: Appears for multi-business logins so you can narrow the list to one business.
  • New Service: Opens the create popup from the list header.
  • Badge and description: The header shows how many services are in view and the current page range.

Columns in the List

  • Name: The service label used across the app.
  • Color: The saved colour for quick visual recognition.
  • Website: Shows whether the service is visible or hidden on the website side.
  • Created: The date the service record was added.

Working From a Row

  • Click the row: Opens the service details popup in read-only mode.
  • Delete icon: Opens a confirmation step before permanent deletion.
  • Clear Filters: Resets the business filter when one is active.

What Changes Elsewhere

Services created or updated here feed into job creation, quote pricing, planner work, and any public service selection on your website. The list itself does not change those flows until you create, edit, or delete a service.
