Team Member Working Days
Setting the days each person usually works, and how it shows on Team › Availability, the planner and when you give out work.
Everyone starts on your business's own working days, from Settings › Organisation Information › Working Days. When someone works different days, such as Monday to Thursday, set theirs from Team Availability with the button beside their name. You need Manage Time Off and Working Days to change them.
The Popup
- Same as the business: Leave this on to follow the business's working days, which also follows any change to them later.
- Days: Turn it off and tick the days this person works. At least one day is needed.
Someone who works for more than one of your businesses has working days in each, so they can work Monday to Wednesday for one and Thursday and Friday for the other.
What It Changes
- Team › Availability: Days they don't work show as Not working.
- The planner: On days your business works but they don't, the day says they're off, such as Off: Jess (not working).
- Giving out work: Giving them work on a day they don't work shows a warning. You can still give it to them.
- Time off: Only their working days count, so a week's holiday for someone working four days takes four.
Working days never move jobs. Jobs follow your business's working days and its non-working day job handling, as before.
