Galleries List

How the Galleries tab is organised and how to find the gallery you want to reuse on website pages.

Work Planner TeamApril 13, 2026

Open Galleries in My Website to manage the reusable image sets that can be attached to the home page and custom pages. Each gallery is a saved, ordered group of images rather than a one-off upload.

What The List Shows

  • Name: the gallery label you will recognise later when attaching it to a page.
  • Image count: how many images are currently inside that gallery.
  • Updated: useful when you want to confirm which gallery was changed most recently.

Finding And Opening Galleries

Use Search galleries when you have several galleries for different services, seasons, or areas. Open any row to see the image order, preview the current contents, or move into edit mode.

When To Create A New Gallery

  • Home page sections: create separate galleries if you want different image sets for different businesses or styles of work.
  • Reusable page content: create a gallery once if the same images need to appear on more than one custom page.
  • Cleaner editing later: changing a gallery updates the pages that use it, so a shared gallery is usually easier to maintain than repeating single images in several places.
