Gallery Details

What the gallery details popup shows, including image order, captions, and the edit and delete actions.

Work Planner TeamApril 13, 2026

Click a gallery in the Galleries list to open its details popup. This view is useful when you want to check what is inside the gallery before deciding whether to edit it, attach it to a page, or remove it altogether.

What The Popup Shows

  • Name: the saved internal label for the gallery.
  • Images: the current image count and a preview of each image in the stored order.
  • Captions and alt text: each image card shows the caption when one exists, otherwise the alt text, so you can quickly spot whether an image still needs cleaner media details.
  • Updated: the last updated date for the gallery.

Actions In The Popup

  • Edit: opens the gallery form so you can change the name, images, or order.
  • Delete: removes the gallery itself. If a page was using that gallery, you will need to attach another one or leave the page without a gallery.

A Quick Check Before Deleting

It is worth checking where the gallery is being used before deleting it. The images remain in Website Media, but the saved gallery relationship disappears, so any home page or custom page that depended on it will no longer have that gallery attached.
