Upcoming Jobs Card
What the Upcoming Jobs card counts and how it differs from the separate Upcoming Scheduled Jobs table.
The Upcoming Jobs card is the short-range workload signal on the Dashboard. It tells you how many active jobs are due soon, without making you open the planner or Jobs list first.
What It Counts
- Active jobs only: The card checks active jobs rather than every status.
- Next 7 days: It looks from today into the next week.
- Due or Next Due: A job can count through either date field depending on how its schedule is set up.
What It Does Not Do
- Not the same as the table: The separate Upcoming Scheduled Jobs widget shows example rows. This card is just the headline count.
- Not date-range reporting: Like other live workload cards, it does not turn into a historic count when you change the Dashboard date range.
