Overdue Jobs Card

What the Overdue Jobs card checks and how it differs from date-range reporting on the Dashboard.

Work Planner TeamApril 12, 2026

The Overdue Jobs card tells you how many active jobs have already slipped past today. It is one of the quickest ways to spot planning pressure on the Dashboard.

What Counts as Overdue

  • Active jobs only: The card only checks active jobs.
  • Due or Next Due: If either of those dates is before today, the job can feed the overdue count.
  • Current snapshot: This card ignores the Dashboard date range and stays focused on what is overdue right now.

How to Use It

  • Operations warning light: A rising overdue number usually means planning, rescheduling, or worksheet action is needed.
  • Not the full list: The card gives you the headline count only. Move into the Jobs list when you need the actual records.
