Restoring a Cancelled Bolt-On

How to reverse a bolt-on cancellation while the add-on is still active and waiting to end.

Work Planner TeamApril 13, 2026

When a recurring bolt-on has already been cancelled from Bolt-Ons Screen but has not reached its end date yet, the action button changes from Cancel to Uncancel.

What The Confirmation Popup Says

  • Uncancel Bolt-On: confirms which add-on you are restoring.
  • This bolt-on will continue to be active: the popup explains that normal renewal will start again.
  • Uncancelling... appears while Work Planner sends the restore request.

When This Option Is Available

The add-on must still be inside its active period. Once the scheduled end date shown in Active Bolt-Ons on Your Subscription has already passed, the uncancel option is no longer there because there is nothing left to restore.

What Changes After You Confirm

  • Status: returns to Active.
  • Billing: switches back from Cancels ... to the normal renewal wording.
  • Action button: changes back to Cancel.
