Active Bolt-Ons on Your Subscription

How the subscription page shows active bolt-ons, what the count means, and when to move into the full Bolt-Ons screen.

Work Planner TeamApril 13, 2026

The Subscription overview page gives you two quick views of add-ons already attached to the account: a simple count inside the main summary card, and a separate Active Bolt-Ons card further down the page when at least one add-on exists.

The Quick Count In The Summary Card

  • Active Bolt-Ons number: a fast count so you can tell whether the account has any extras attached without scrolling further down.
  • N/A on Free: if the account is on a free plan, Work Planner shows N/A rather than a live count in that summary area.

The Detailed Active Bolt-Ons Card

  • Name: the bolt-on label, such as a business allowance add-on or a lookup pack.
  • Type: shown underneath the name so you can tell what kind of add-on it is.
  • Expires: shown when that particular add-on already has an end date attached.

When This View Is Enough

This page is useful when you are checking the account at a glance, reviewing what will be affected by a subscription cancellation, or confirming that a just-purchased add-on is now attached.

When To Use The Full Bolt-Ons Screen Instead

Use Manage Bolt-Ons when you need to add another add-on, cancel one, restore one, or see billing details such as renewal timing and quantity. The Subscription page is intentionally lighter than the dedicated Bolt-Ons area.
