Bolt-Ons Screen
How the Bolt-Ons screen is laid out, what the active table means, and where to add, cancel, or restore subscription add-ons.
Open Dashboard > Subscription > Manage Bolt-Ons to see every add-on already attached to the account and to add another one. This is the detailed companion to Subscription Overview, not a separate billing area.
What The Main Table Shows
- Bolt-On: the add-on name and short description.
- Type: tells you whether that add-on is Recurring or One-time.
- Quantity: shows how many units were purchased for quantity-based add-ons.
- Price: the stored price label, including interval where relevant.
- Billing: the lifecycle text such as Renews ..., Cancels ..., or One-time purchase.
- Status: usually Active or Cancelling.
Row Actions
- Cancel: shown on active recurring add-ons that can be stopped at the end of the current period.
- Uncancel: shown when a recurring add-on has already been cancelled but has not ended yet.
- No actions: shown on one-time add-ons or add-ons that do not support those lifecycle changes.
Add Bolt-On
The Add Bolt-On button opens the selection popup with the extra add-ons currently available to this account. That popup is where you choose what to buy next, and the step-by-step is covered in Choosing a Bolt-On to Add.
Status Messages At The Top
Success and error banners appear above the page after purchases, cancellations, restores, and loading problems. If a payment method is missing for a chargeable add-on, Work Planner can send you back to the Subscription area instead of leaving you on this page, because a saved payment method is required before the purchase can finish.
When To Use This Page Instead Of Subscription
The Subscription overview is useful for a quick count. This page is where you come when you need detail: renewal timing, quantity, cancellation state, and add-on-specific actions.
