Quick-Process Popup
How the quote quick-process popup works when you need to send, confirm, or decline a quote without opening the full detail view.
The quick-process popup is for moments when you already know what needs to happen to the quote and do not want to open the full quote detail view first.
Quote Summary At The Top
- Status: Shows straight away whether the quote still needs sending, is ready for confirmation, or is already finished.
- Customer: Helps you confirm you are processing the right quote before changing anything.
- Jobs: Shows whether the quote already has linked jobs, which matters if you are reviewing a quote that has already been confirmed.
- Due Date and Current Total: Gives enough context to make a quick decision without leaving the popup.
- Related Job References: When jobs already exist, the popup lists their references so you can see what the quote has already produced.
If The Quote Still Needs Sending
- Select Services: Opens the service picker so you can add missing services without going back to the main quote form.
- Service Prices: Each selected service gets the same pricing controls used elsewhere in the quote workflow, including Pricing Type, the amount field, and hourly fields where needed.
- Remove: Takes a service back off the quote from inside the popup.
- Warning for empty quotes: If no services are attached, the popup tells you to add at least one service before sending it.
If The Quote Is Ready For Confirmation
- Confirmation Options: Sent quotes show the same separate-job versus combined-job choice used in the main confirmation flow.
- Hourly warning: If any service uses hourly-per-person pricing, the combined-job option is disabled and the popup explains why.
- Decline Quote: The popup can also decline a sent quote without leaving the current screen.
Buttons Change With Context
- Cancel or Close: The left button closes the popup without changing the quote.
- Send Quote: Appears when the quote is still received or pending.
- Confirm Quote: Appears when the quote is sent and confirmation is allowed in that workflow.
- Previous, Next, or Save & Next: In worksheet-driven workflows the popup can save the current quote and move you through the worksheet sequence instead of simply closing.
- Confirmation disabled message: Some workflows, such as the worksheet-specific version, can show a sent quote but deliberately block confirmation there.
