Customer Filters Popup

How to filter customers by status, source, payment integration, and business from the customer filters popup.

The customer filters popup is the quickest way to narrow the customer list on smaller screens, and it is also useful when you want to be very deliberate about which kinds of customers should stay visible together.

Status

  • Active: The default day-to-day view. It keeps the list focused on live customers.
  • Cancelled: Shows customers that have been cancelled out of active use.
  • Transferred: Use this when you specifically need customers that have been moved to another business. They do not appear in the normal active view or the All Statuses shortcut.
  • All Statuses: Useful when you want active and cancelled customers together, but it still leaves transferred customers out unless you choose Transferred directly.

Customer Source

  • Select Customer Sources: Opens the selector so you can filter to one or more lead sources.
  • Tags under the button: Once selected, each source appears as a tag so you can see exactly what is active before you apply the filters.
  • When to leave it blank: Leave this alone when you want the full customer base regardless of how the customer first came in.

Payment Integration

  • All Payment Integrations: The neutral setting.
  • GoCardless: Useful when you want to focus on customers already tied to a GoCardless payment integration.
  • Why this helps: It is a quick way to find customers who are already set up for Direct Debit without opening every customer record.

Business

If your account works across more than one business, the business filter lets you narrow the customer list to one or more selected businesses. That is especially useful when sources or payment integrations only make sense inside one business.

Buttons

  • Apply Filters: Saves the current choices back to the customer list.
  • Clear Filters: Resets the popup back to the default working state, which means active customers with no extra source, payment integration, or business filters.
  • Cancel: Closes the popup without changing the list.
