Subscription Plans Screen

How the plans screen is laid out, what each plan card shows, and how Work Planner flags plans that are unavailable or limited by current usage.

Open Dashboard > Subscription > Change Plan to compare every available package side by side. This is the page that decides whether you can move up, move down, or stay where you are.

How The Screen Is Laid Out

  • One card per plan: each card shows the plan name, short description, price, billing interval, and the feature list for that level.
  • Current badge: the plan you are already on is marked as Current and its button is disabled.
  • Feature list: some plans start with an Everything on ... plus line so you can see the jump from one tier to the next.
  • Back to Subscription: returns to the overview page without making a change.

Availability Messages

  • Not Available: shown when the business is using more than that plan allows right now.
  • Unavailable: shown when billing for that plan is not configured yet, so it cannot be chosen.
  • Free during beta: shown on paid plans during beta periods so you know the plan can be selected without immediate cost.

Business Limit Warnings

If a plan would reduce the business allowance below the number of businesses already attached to the account, Work Planner shows a warning before you confirm. That warning matters because extra businesses can be locked until you upgrade again or add a business bolt-on.

What The Buttons Mean

  • Current Plan: read-only state for the plan you already have.
  • Select Plan: starts the change flow for every other plan that can actually be chosen.
  • Processing... appears while Work Planner is requesting the change or loading the billing summary.

What Happens After You Pick A Plan

Some plan changes go straight to a confirmation step. Others show a billing summary first, especially when Stripe needs to work out a prorated charge or credit. If a payment method is missing and the change needs one, Work Planner opens the payment popup before it finishes the switch.
