Pending Payments Card
What the Pending Payments card counts and how to interpret money that exists but has not fully settled yet.
Pending Payments shows money that has been recorded as a payment but has not finished confirming yet. It is useful because those amounts exist operationally, but they are not fully settled for reporting purposes.
What It Counts
- Pending payment entries: The card looks for payment ledger items whose status is still pending.
- Count and total amount: The widget combines how many pending payments there are with the value tied up in them.
- Current snapshot: This is a live position, not a date-range report.
How to Read It
- Short-lived pending value: A small amount that clears quickly is usually normal.
- Large or persistent figure: That can be a sign to review payment-provider follow-up or confirmation delays.
- Not settled cash: Do not read this as money already safely landed in your final reporting numbers.
