Rounds List

How to use the Rounds list to review route health, search active and archived rounds, and open round actions.

The Rounds list is where you keep on top of the route groups your jobs belong to. It shows which rounds are active, how much live work sits inside each one, and whether that round is starting to slip overdue.

What You See First

  • Search: Search checks the round name, so it is quickest when you already know the round you want.
  • Archived: The page opens on Active. Switch to Archived when you are checking retired rounds, or All when you want everything together.
  • Business: If you run more than one business, use this to narrow the list before you start editing or reordering anything.
  • Round Summary: The summary area shows total value across the current list and the average health percentage, with the overdue job count shown underneath so you can see whether the problem is one round or a wider backlog.

Reading the Table

  • Name: This is the round label your team sees elsewhere when a job is linked to that round.
  • Color: The saved hex colour is shown here exactly as stored. That same colour is reused when the round appears on job screens and in grouped planner views.
  • Status: Active rounds are still in day-to-day use. Archived rounds stay on file but should no longer be part of current planning.
  • Jobs: If the round already has jobs, the row shows a Reorder jobs button. If it says No jobs, the round exists but nothing is currently assigned to it.
  • Value: This is the combined live value of the jobs in the round, not a separate price set on the round itself.
  • Health: Health is based on overdue active jobs only. The table shows the raw overdue count alongside the total active jobs so you can see the scale immediately.

Actions From the List

  • New Round: Opens the round popup so you can create a new route group.
  • Open a row: Clicking a row opens the round details popup, where you can review round totals and the jobs attached to it.
  • Reorder jobs: This opens the drag-and-drop ordering popup for that round only.
  • Delete: Delete removes the round itself. Use that only when you are sure the round is no longer needed.

Why Health Matters

Work Planner treats health as an overdue percentage. A round stays green when overdue work is low, turns yellow once overdue active jobs reach 5%, and turns red from 20% upwards. That makes the list useful as an operational triage screen, not just a naming list.
