Work Planner TeamApril 12, 2026

Open a row from Settings > Customer Sources to view its details popup. This is the quickest way to check exactly which source record you are about to edit or delete.

What the Popup Shows

  • Name: The live label used for that source.
  • Business: Appears in multi-business setups so you can confirm which business owns the source.
  • Color: Shows both a swatch and the saved hex colour value.
  • Dates: Shows the created date and the most recent updated date.

Edit Button

The details popup includes an Edit button so you can jump straight into the edit popup without going back to the list first.

Why the Popup Is Useful

The details popup is a handy checkpoint when you need to confirm you are changing the right source, especially in businesses that use a lot of similar source names. It is also the easiest place to confirm which business owns the source before you edit or delete it.
