Business Selection
Selecting One or More Businesses
How the business checkboxes work, what Continue saves, and why locked businesses cannot be added to the current session.
Each row in Your Businesses can be added to or removed from the current session by using the checkbox or by clicking the row itself. This is how you tell Work Planner which businesses you want active right now.
Selecting A Business
- Tick the checkbox: adds that business to the current selection.
- Click the row: does the same job as the checkbox for unlocked businesses.
- Tick more than one: lets you work with more than one business in the same session instead of switching back and forth constantly.
Removing A Business
If a business is already selected, clicking it again removes it from the current selection. This happens immediately on the screen, but it is not saved to the session until you press Continue.
Continue Button
- Disabled with nothing selected: Work Planner will not let you continue with an empty selection.
- Saves the selection: pressing Continue writes the selected businesses into the session.
- Returns to dashboard: once the selection is accepted, you are sent back to the dashboard.
Selection Rules
- You must have at least one business selected: the switch request rejects an empty set.
- Locked businesses stay unavailable: if a business is locked, you cannot add it to the selection.
- Unavailable businesses are rejected: if a selected business is no longer available to your account, Work Planner blocks the save instead of silently ignoring it.
