AccountsScheduled Transactions
Scheduled Transaction Detail View
What the scheduled transaction detail popup shows, including next due date, total processed value, and generated transaction history.
Click any row on the Scheduled Transactions list to open the details popup. This is where you confirm how the recurring setup is configured and how much activity it has already produced.
Stats Bar
- Status: Shows whether the recurring setup is active or inactive.
- Type: Shows the type of ledger row it creates.
- Transactions: The number of ledger items generated so far.
- Total Processed: The combined value of those generated transactions.
Details Tab
- Schedule: The plain-English summary of the recurrence pattern.
- Links: Customer, job, service, payment method, and expense category all sit together so you can confirm what future occurrences will inherit.
- Dates: Starts On, Last Processed, and Next Due show where the recurring pattern began, when it last ran, and what is expected next.
- Amounts: Amount, VAT Rate, VAT, Net Amount, and Payment Reference are grouped together so the recurring money values are easy to check.
Transactions Tab
The Transactions tab shows the ledger items created by this one scheduled transaction only. That is the quickest way to see the recurring history without manually filtering the wider Transactions screen yourself.
Main Action
Use Edit when the recurring setup itself needs changing. If the problem is only with one generated row, open that individual transaction instead of rewriting the whole schedule.
