Does the beta cost anything?
No, the beta is completely free. We want you to use Work Planner, provide feedback, and help us build something amazing together. There are no charges during the beta period.
How long will the beta last?
We're planning to launch Work Planner mid 2026. During the beta period, you'll have full access to all features and your feedback will directly shape the final product.
Do I get anything for participating in the beta?
Yes! Beta participants receive a 25% lifetime discount on their subscription. This discount applies for as long as you remain a customer, giving you significant savings for helping us during the beta phase.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes, we currently support importing data from CleanerPlanner. You can import your CleanerPlanner backup files directly from within the dashboard—the process is simple and self-service. We're also open to supporting other systems—if you can provide backup files from your current system, we can work with you to configure an import.
What happens to my data after the beta ends?
Your data will seamlessly transition to the full launch. There's no need to re-import or reconfigure anything—everything you've set up during the beta will continue to work exactly as before.
Can I use Work Planner with my team?
Absolutely! Work Planner supports multiple users and team collaboration. You can invite team members, assign worksheets, track activity, and manage permissions all from within the platform.
What features are available during the beta?
You'll have access to all core features including job scheduling, customer management, invoicing, worksheets, financial tracking, email and SMS communications, document templates, and our analytics dashboard. We're continuously adding new features based on beta feedback.
How do I provide feedback during the beta?
We'd love to hear from you! You can provide feedback directly through the application, via email, or through our support channels. Your input helps us prioritize features and fix issues before launch.
